Flew through Dubai, nothing was asked on arrival. There was no return ticket.

Flew the day before yesterday through Seoul, asked on transit"is there a return ticket? -no" and that's it. The certificate was not asked. Phuket airport didn't ask anything at all.

Certificate no. It is better to have a return ticket - most likely it will be asked to be shown.
