[Samui] Do I need to make an appointment and get in line at the consulate of Bangkok, if I just need to send a declaration to the tax office? Nothing needs to be confirmed or certified, just sent. Or can I just go there and send it? - Thailand

Do you really need an embassy for this? You can send a letter and mail. And the embassy doesn't seem to be sending anything. At least they didn't want to send a power of attorney.
