Union Pay is a Gazprombank card, not nominal. From Russia it will not be possible to book. Maybe a named one will go. Booking com to help you., there is a hotel and a condo. There are options with payment on the spot but they are few. We found it and paid in cash.

I booked a hotel and entered the data of the card of the Russian Federation, with payment on the spot. I thought they would remove the reservation, everything is OK. Upon check-in at the hotel I paid in cash. Hotel in Pattaya. It was the same with the hotel in Bangkok. I booked through booking. Another option is to write off or call the hotel and explain the situation.
