[Pattaya] Has anyone dealt with the issue of registration of individual entrepreneurs in Thailand? Not a business (with the authorized capital and hiring of Thais), but an individual entrepreneur to open for a foreigner here in order to legalize remote work, for example, and pay taxes on an individual entrepreneur in Tai? - Thailand

It's easier to contract with a company that applies for a work visa and pay taxes through that company.

On the LTR visa, it seems, there is no need to hire 4 Thais for 1 foreigner, but it is almost impossible to get it for a mere mortal (they overthought with this visa for digital nomads).

As far as I know, it's almost impossible. Also, any work without work Permit is illegal. Even remote to a foreign company. It's better not to glow, but maybe I don't have the full information.
