You need to come to the Immigration Office in Phuket Town, find there office 101 and submit to the window information: - photo 4x6 (done there next to 100 baht), - a copy of the passport, - a screenshot from the computer screen, where you can see that the landlord has registered you in a special. service, - 300 baht p. s. copies are also made there next to 2 baht per page
