We chose tickets in two weeks Phuket-Moscow. Night transfer 16 hours in Beijing. Do I need a visa in Beijing on arrival or a PCR test?

I flew on a similar flight on March 01, Phuket - Guangzhou - Moscow with a transfer of 12 hours Aeroflot, visa and PCR are not needed if one transfer.

Nobody really knows. write that there is no need for tests from March 1. Who flew a week ago was still asked. Who flew two weeks ago - they did not ask. There is no exact information anywhere.
