Who uses wi-fi calls with Beeline in Phuket? Does the SIM card need to be inserted to make a call, or only to connect? In other words, will it be possible to call from Beeline via wi-fi if there is a local SIM card in the iPhone?

Calls on wi-fi without an active SIM card do not work alas if you need without a SIM card - mts has an application My Connet, mega has an application eEmotion.
