Easier and cheaper by plane to Suratani, and from there a single transfer from the airport with a ferry to Koh Phangan should be (I am not 100% sure, but to Koh Samui there is a single transfer and a ferry is at 500 with something baht per person, I think there is also to Koh Phangan)

Fastest, but more expensive, with Suvarnabhumi immediately by plane to Koh Samui, from there a ferry.
