In Phuket I am looking for a villa / house with three bedrooms and preferably with a swimming pool, budget up to 75 thousand baht. What do you recommend?

You will not find for such a cost. We rent a villa in a slum, 120 thousand baht a month with two bedrooms, with a swimming pool. It's the cheapest we've found. And filmed for three months. If for a short period, it costs 150 thousand per month. For 75 you will rent an apartment only, a two-bedroom apartment.
