Singapore does not formally need a visa. But there are many conditions: it must be transit. That is, to fly there and fly back will not work. You will have to fly to a third country after Singapore. There is a list of certain airlines with which you can do this. And even when you get it right. there is no guarantee that you will be given the coveted visa for 3 days.
