Obtaining a Bangkok Bank Card to a Non-Resident: Step 1: Obtain from your landlord a form confirming your registration at the place of residence. This form is required to obtain a resident certificate at Immigration. Step 2: with a printout / photo of the certificate from step 1, a photo and a passport, we go to Immigration, there we ask you to issue a resident certificate to receive a bank card (you can ask for 2 pcs at once, if you plan to make more rights). Registration should be within 3 days, but more often they will be issued earlier. According to some reports, 500 baht can be done day to day (which is most often used). Step 3: with a resident certificate, we go to Bangkok Bank (a branch in Naton is preferable, because insurance is cheaper in it, without which the bank does not open a card in 99% of cases). Open an account, issue a card. Immediately you can get unnamed mastercard and UP, named will have to wait a couple of weeks.
