Tell me, if you need to get from Koh Samui to Surat Thani Airport, are tickets sold at Naton Pier (ferry plus bus)? And in advance you need to buy them or in fact you can come to buy and sail away? I don't consider buying online.

If you want to go in advance, go to any agency where tours are sold.... there you will take tickets to different directions for the ferry...
