You have confused the people. There are no 2 extensions. You describe 2 different extensions for different types of trips. Entry by stamp is 30 days - it is immediately extended by 60 for covid. And there is entry on a visa, then the visa is first extended for the prescribed period it is usually 30 days (but not for all countries and types of visas so) and only then you can request a covid extension of 60 days. You are probably from Ukraine you have a different type of entry than the Russians, so you are extended first by 30.

I'll add: the timing of the 60-day Covid extension from the expiration date of 30 or the filing date seems to depend on the specific immigration. My wife and I in Koh Samui were extended until July 8th, and 30 days ended on May 9th. That is, they counted from the end of 30 days.
