There are no specialized carrier companies. You need to agree on your own: either with a taxi or with private owners. Either way, it's all going to be expensive. Go a long way + ferry with reservation if by a certain time + you need to go back to the person. That's why the answers are so harsh. In itself, an individual transfer to Bangkok looks absurd. Consider renting a car at Bangkok Airport (via Europcar type operators) or a standard hotel-ferry-plane transfer from Surat Thani or Nakhon Sitrammat.
