Well, there are no such places in Pattaya. Here in Bangkok I would call that I would be squeaking. In Pattaya there are rooftops, well 38th floor maximum seen, and so only 24-25, there are views of the sea, there are good Italian restaurants. I liked the Black Forest café-restaurant most of all in Pattaya. It is far from the sea. But it has its own charm - a huge territory and on it is a lake, an elephant, a waterfall, beautiful scenery in nature.
