We changed it in Pattaya a week ago without any problems. By stamp. To do this, you need a Residence Certificate (in Pattaya it costs 300 baht) and a medical certificate from any clinic (150 baht). And the state duty in the local traffic police for the rights of category A - 105 baht, for the rights of category B - 205 baht. But once again I draw your attention to the fact that this is Pattaya.
