does anyone know if Thai Post or any other delivery services work with the destination Russia?(send documents)

In the opposite direction only . It is easier to send something with an additional payment to passengers through the plane. Cheaper and faster way.

Thai Post does NOT send any parcels to the CIS countries for sure. Commercial options (such as DHL, CDEK, etc.) are so expensive that it is cheaper to fly back and forth in business class.
