I applied to the insurance company to be sent to the bcc hospital. They replied that the hospital was not responding to their request. It's been a day.

Yes, they have to confirm which hospital you should go to. Maybe they just don't want to send to the bcc? If you come to the hospital, then either wait there, or leave your passport as a pledge (if they take it), or pay yourself and then return with insurance checks, but there are a lot of risks not to return the money at all.
