Visit the Airalo website in Russia. A couple of seconds of registration. Choose the desired tariff, pay with any Union Pay card. You receive instructions for installation by email and in your personal account. You arrive in Bangkok or any other airport and activate everything via Wi-Fi in 5 minutes and you're done. I thought I wouldn't figure it out, but everything was installed instantly on the iPhone.

Or at the airport, buy a Thai SIM card or a global ESIM can be bought in advance. One of the variants of esim2fly dot com.
