Where is a condo with a large swimming pool, a gym and no cockroaches in the Jomtien area?

We live in Grand Florida, though not for a long time, 2 weeks, but I often see people living here, working, in the evening there is a place for such people in a specially designated building. Good Internet, a small number of vacationers and permanent residents. Private beach, huge swimming pool, I haven't seen cockroaches) true, small ants, but I understand there is nowhere without them.
