I heard that there is an ATM in Phuket where you can withdraw up to 120,000 at a time, are there?

There are such. About 120 thousand . it's really not entirely clear. There are those that allow you to withdraw up to 100 thousand at a time. Usually these stand near bank branches. They do not look like ordinary ATMs with a slot through which money is issued, but an ATM for depositing and withdrawing cash. They have a special tray that opens. So they can issue up to 100 bills at a time.
