I have such insurance, but you can go to any. Go to Bangkok Hospital. You pay for this insurance yourself, then the insurance returns to the Thai card (it is possible that it was not in your name)

Ask the insurance company with which hospitals they have established direct billing / where they are ready to accept a guarantee letter from them.
