what rights are needed for a moped in Phuket?and maybe who knows where it can be done if there is no category M or A.

Thailand, like Russia, has signed the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic, one of the provisions of which is the recognition of driving licenses of the countries participating in this convention. Russian rights of Category A" with sub-items (when driving a motorbike) and "B" (when driving a car) are quite acceptable to the Police. As always
