Hello everyone! We want to take a ticket from Koh Samui to Moscow. There is a connecting flight to Delhi. Aviasales writes that a visa will be needed in Delhi. Question, do you really need a visa to transit through India?

Flew through Delhi recently. They asked for a visa when boarding. In Delhi itself, they probably wouldn't have asked if we hadn't gone out into the city.
