The most stable for UP is Solidarity. The promotion is now at the Russian Standard, the service price of 3000r is returned back when shopping offline abroad.

10 days in Tae, with a card from MTS. Everything seems to be fine. I've withdrawn cash several times. I did all sorts of small non-cash purchases for several hundred baht, payment goes everywhere. Which bank is better to choose, I won't even say.
