How is the taxi price determined in Pattaya? Distance, time, geolocation?

As I understand it: Boarding 50 Baht. Then it is calculated from the time and mileage. On average, 1 km is 15 Baht. + the taxi driver throws how much he has to go before you. Example: the inDriver aggregator shows the recommended price of 93 baht (3.5 km). I put 100 and look for it. Then the drivers begin to respond at 130 ... 120 Baht. Or they may not respond for 10 minutes and have to go so as not to waste time. and then many respond - and they have to go 10 minutes . And you wait. But I like cars here, to be honest))
