How decent is it? The Intercontinental Air Bar is quite decent. In Nikki Beach, If it's cheaper, then theoretically I-Talay will do (I don't remember how many tables there are). With a gong and herbs without excess - in general, the entire coastline is yours from Pang Ka to Lipa Noi.
