We rented a villa through Airbnb for a decent amount for a month. The housing is all shabby does not match the photo, there is no water in the entire villa for the second day. Tell me, please, is it possible to somehow solve the issue through Airbnb to be relocated? Does anyone have such an experience?

There was a story with airbienby just in Taika, but about 5 years ago. A couple of days of correspondence and they will cancel the reservation with a refund. But!! The owner just throws us out of the door one day, because the service aanulates the payment to him.

I had experience in Vietnam with apartments. I wrote to support, sent a photo, wrote that I would not live there. 15 minutes of correspondence, the reservation was canceled and 10 days later the money was returned. In general, I have only positive experience with them in terms of communication with the Owners through them. Everything was always decided in my favor. But the problem should be stated immediately.

Through this service in general, it is done with caution. I also ran into a problem, they didn't return only 30% of the cost and a bunch of other proceedings.

Airbnb prices are really not reasonable , just talk to the owner!? And of course contact the support service.
