They promised, so they will bring it. They didn't give it to us either, they waited, waited, bought everything on the spot... And then the luggage was taken to the hotel. .

Which airline? You need to call them first. If you are in a hotel, ask the Thais at the reception to call the airport, they, as a rule, should know where to call and arrange it faster...
