[Phuket] If you rent a house for a year in Phuket and it says that payment for 1 month + 2 months deposit, does this mean that you pay for 1 month + 2 months deposit, and then pay monthly? Or do I need the whole amount for the whole year at once? - Thailand

Yes, you pay monthly, + when signing the contract, pay a deposit fee in the amount of 2 monthly payments-these grandmothers will be returned to you when you move out at the end of the contract.

2 months deposit and pay for the first month of rent, then monthly.
