I did not withdraw from Union - but I pay her everywhere From guides from different companies, she will have an account, you transfer rubles to it, it gives out baht, as much as you need. Check with your own.

Um, maybe the problem is specifically in your bank, I have Union Pay from the post bank, it works at almost any ATM in Patong.
