Not always. And not everywhere. Mostly doesn't work.

I did not have payments on such a card in Thailand itself, such as buying tickets on the AirAsia website (but it was possible to pay in another way through the bank's website itself). In some places, the card was not linked the first time. But otherwise everything was OK with payments in different countries and services. This is all after the Internet payments were turned on, they had to be turned on additionally by calling the bank after receiving the card, at first nothing worked. Received in the spring of 2022.
