How much can I rent a normal moped for 2 on Koh Samui and where?

Any rent. There are a lot of them on the island. Prices and conditions are almost the same everywhere, on average from 3k baht per month, depending on the model and novelty of transport + 3k advance payment, which will return at the end of the lease term. Unless of course the Thais find something to complain about ) Bikes are double by default. I've only met single-seat motorcycles.
