Unionpay is currently working on cash withdrawals, there are no special commissions, the exchange rate is plus or minus the Central Bank, but no one knows how long it will last. VU does not work in the Russian Federation. Cash must be stored somewhere, a dollar account cannot be opened at the moment without a normal visa.
