Has anyone studied local postal shipments to Koh Samui? What can and cannot be sent? Prices? For example, will they accept electronics, cosmetics or food?

It is impossible to send something containing liquid through the local mail. Therefore, if cosmetics contain it, they can stop it. They didn't let in a set of Tom Yam (soup sauce) and some kind of coconut cream. They said - it is impossible as liquid (at the Koh Samui Post Office) Phones, souvenirs, clothes - approx. In general, there is a list on Thai mail and receiving. It's better to study.
