If for a visa, then HD Visa. Today was. Samuivisarun is not ready to guarantee a visa in Penang, and HD is taken to Kota Bharu, where everything is still in order.

There are only three offices on the whole island, hd visa, Samui visa run and easy way, they are all on maenam. And then, for visas now only HD drives to Kota bharu.
