Raja ferry and Seatran yes, every hour, but they are cargo, slow, go 1.5 hours.

Two nuances - several ferries run from donsak from different piers and come to different piers on Koh Samui, well, they go regarno so it's better to focus on the last one in order to be guaranteed to catch it.
