Bought on banana iphone 13 pro and ipad pro 12,9 - everything is OK, not gray (Thai models). about vat refund xz - didn't bother.

If we are talking about the apple site, then 1) No VAT Refund 2) In case of payment through a bank or ATM, a refund is possible only to a Thai bank account in the name of the customer 3) They can extend the terms for a couple of days.
