It depends on what purpose. Full moon on haad rin, south of the island, good beaches. Yoga, courses, dancing - sritana, there are Zen beaches, where on Fridays there is a jam session at sunset like in arambol, and a nudist beach. With children - chaloklam, but I do not advise it, it's completely boring there) But there is an interesting Malibu beach and kiting in December.
