The conversion will be at the rate of payment systems, in your case Visa and Unionpay (see the rate on the PS websites) plus the commission of the issuing bank (see the service agreement) plus the commission for withdrawing 220 baht from a Thai ATM. Put it all together and see how it will be more profitable...
