Is it true that starting from January 9, a vaccination certificate and a PCR test will be required to enter Thailand again?

As far as I understood correctly, everything has, at the moment, only a RECOMMENDATION character. The operational headquarters will monitor the situation in the country and if there are changes, then new rules will be introduced. So NOTHING has changed at the moment: PCR tests are NOT NEEDED, Vaccination certificates are NOT NEEDED, Insurance is NOT NEEDED (but I recommend having it, our medicine is expensive)
