Please recommend who is engaged in excursions to Koh Tao? Or maybe there are some other beautiful islands)

Excursions? And what is there to tour? There are no attractions there, except for Shark Bay or a boat trip around the island. Just rent a hotel there for a couple of days and watch everything yourself on the bike. Well, or you can walk around the whole island in a couple of days.
