Hello everyone, from Pattaya you can still go to Koh Samui by 12Go company. It looks like this: minibus to Bangkok, then take a taxi to the next bus departure station, then a bus from Bangkok to Don Sak 10 hours, from there a minibus to the pier, then a ferry to Koh Samui. The price is 1300 Baht per person, on the road ~ 22 hours.

I went to the pier in Pattaya and found out. First to Surat Thani by train (but there are no train tickets. Or with a guide (12 hours to go without a place. Then the ferry. Or a plane. The prices match.
