They cook at any market, depending on which area you are in.

In its pure form if - not in soup, not with rice and ready - at the Fisherman Fair on Mon, Wed, Fri. But it's not exactly cheap. Cheap and delicious fresh to buy at the market in Bangrak, or Maenam. And cook it yourself.
