Who recently (this year) received Thai rights to a bike, having Russian rights with category M (without A). Is category M suitable for Koh Samui now? Please, just who really got a Thai license this year or will get it

They don't have M. Since M is not stamped into the international rights that you receive in the Russian Federation. In the rest of the world, there is no such category at all... on A, if you don't have it, you need to unlearn here.
