Is Beeline working normally on Koh Samui? They offer roaming for 3000 rubles. Or do you just need to issue a local SIM card?

Just buy a local one)) 1700r for a month unlimited at a good speed, plus you can use deliveries and other things where you need a Thai number)

If 3000₽ is normal for you, then don't worry. Beeline will connect to AIS and everything will be fine.
