The ATM did not give my card (in case it was not taken away - about the same thing) called the bank, answered the questions of the ATM number, address, my name, card color, contact phone.. two days later, I called the bank's line again - they sent the address of the bank branch where you can pick up the card. I took it with my passport, the only thing was that I had to buy a mask to go to the department.
