Did anyone go to the consulate in order to get some paper to make a map later? How did you make an appointment? The consul does not respond, there is no form on the website. Koh Samui

If you are in Koh Samui, then you do not need a consul, but to get a tm30 form from the owner of the housing, and with it already hand over the documents (printed tm30, passport, and photo) for a resident certificate. And with this certificate already go to the bank and bargain for how much you will open an account.
