If you do not push your luck (and even more so if you do not have a transit flight through the BCC), you need to go and extend for another 7 days for 1900 baht. But you can drive to the airport or immigration and check there.

In Surat, they probably won't look at you, because the flight is domestic. In Bangkok, after registering at passport control, they will make a remark to you and will send you to pay for the overstay at the cashier right there on the spot. Nk worry. They won't put you in jail.

As far as I understand, when they leave, they look at the delay and you pay a fine on the spot.
