I read reviews on KL, it was loyal enough. I rented in Ho Chi Minh City. Generally by light. Before the delivery, I tortured the consulate with questions by email for two weeks, they politely answered and prompted everything. Some documents were agreed upon in advance, which differed from the list of required ones.
